DeliverThat, the leader in off-premise catering technology, is welcoming applicants for our entry level Customer Service Specialist/Regional Success Advocate position. Our Specialists serve as the point of contact and advocate for designated DeliverThat independently contracted delivery personnel. Through coordination and execution within our operational departments, the specialist utilizes relationship-building communications to ensure driver engagement and organizational success. This is accomplished through initiating and fielding inbound and outbound calls, executing followup procedures and committing to teamwork above all else. Individuals in this role serve a vital role embodying the commitments of DeliverThat. What We Look For:

-Daily communication and engagement with DeliverThat personnel teams via multi-channel communication
-Documentation and reporting of applicable incident(s)
-Correspondence with other DeliverThat operational departments and third-party partners
-Offer support and direction to DeliverThat's independent delivery contractors
-1+ years in Customer Service and/or Customer Communications experience
-Exceptional phone and interpersonal communication skills
-A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
