CRAFT Donuts + Coffee is family owned and operated with 3 locations in the far northwest Chicago area. We specialize in made from scratch specialty donuts and artisan coffee. We offer Vegan, Gluten-Less, and even Keto options for our guests.
The Baker is a key role, ensuring that CRAFT Donuts + Coffee provides the highest quality, unique flavors to our guests. The Baker executes daily production of handmade, fresh, from scratch products daily with alignment with the kitchen team. The Baker is encouraged to express their creativity with a keen sense of operational execution capability. Works independently to roll, cut proof, fry and top handmade donuts each day. Looks at production schedule to plan restock/replenishment at shift end with par levels of ingredients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Establishes and maintains positive, professional, and effective working relationships
Delivers exceptional guest experiences throughout all interactions
Executes baking & production line service to insure quality control and accuracy of all product/service delivery.
Assists development new products that provide unique, high quality flavors that meet the CRAFT Donuts + Coffee brand standard.
Manages food safety procedures to insure proper sanitation
Demonstrates dependability to meet customer production demands
Demonstrates fiscal responsibility with all Company assets.
Interprets plan/production schedules to fulfill orders.
Dish-washing, cleaning, and maintenance.
Identifies problems and recommends solutions in daily work and for assigned programs/projects to improve operations
