Driver and Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join us. You will be responsible for deliveries and pick-ups of products, and must be comfortable driving a 16 foot truck. You will also assist in the management of the warehouse to receive and put products, ingredients, and packaging materials away. You should be hardworking, conscientious and meticulous.
Warehouse responsibilities • Receive materials and put them away correctly. • Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies, materials, production supplies, and equipment parts. • Maintain files for warehouse records. • Organize warehouse supplies using FIFO methodology. 2. Delivery responsibilities • Palletize products and load safely onto company vehicle • Complete all paper work connected with conveyance of merchandize • Transport products, and materials, securely to areas where they are needed • Ensure timely delivery of materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager • Ensure that vehicle(s)are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle(s). • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager • Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
1. You need to be authorized to work in the United States. 2. You need to be able to do the following: • Work in a continuously-standing position for five or more hours • Work with hands continuously • Work in a cold environment, such as the walk-in cooler and with ice-water at the cooling station • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, and lift objects up to 60 pounds • Work various shifts (mornings, nights, and/or weekends), as required • Able to operate a forklift and pallet jacks. • Experience with driving commercial vehicles of up to 16-foot trucks • Must have clean driving record with a valid California C Class license. • Ideally have at least 1 year of warehousing experience. • Work as a team player at all times.
