Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products.
  • Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years' experience making and decorating cakes.
  • Having good knowledge in Pastry, and holding a Certificate in pastry-making, baking or relevant fields is more preferable.
  • Used to production routine.
  • Have good communication.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
