Position overview

Workstream is looking for Work from Home Sales Development Representatives to work with a team from Stanford, MIT, Google, Y Combinator, Harvard, Cornell, Yelp, Qualtrics, Glassdoor, WeChat and more. We are backed by investors including Basis Set Ventures, Valar Ventures, ex-Googler Fund, Peterson Ventures, Joe Montana, CEO of Zoom, CEO of Logitech, COO of Yelp, Chairman of JetBlue, CMO Hubspot, and more. Responsbilities

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their Account Executives. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. This role will be primarily focused around researching the Target Accounts in your territory and performing outreach through emails, calls, and social media. Day to Day Tasks: Lead Generation Appointment setting for AEs to close deals Outbound Cold Calling Data Entry Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events

Requirements

About You: -Indistinguishable American Accent -Hard working and self motivated -Strong verbal selling skills over the phone and email -Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling -Process oriented and well organized -Data entry experience -Positive attitude and a self-starter -Personable and enjoys interacting with others -Detailed, organized and results oriented -Stable internet connection with backup -Work from home environment conducive to efficiency and productivity -Ability to work in Pacific Standard time business hours -Experience with Salesforce a plus - Reliable PC (at least 4 GB RAM), headset (with noise cancellation) and reliable internet service (at least 5MBPS with backup) - Can start working asap - Amenable to work at night ( 11PM - 8AM MNL)
