Workstream (www.workstream.is) is looking for a highly motivated marketing associate to work closely with the founders to build out the marketing engine for Workstream. The marketing associate will be writing a lot of content, conduct research, run video interviews, create landing pages, and will be using tools like Hubspot, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, and more data analytics tools to drive marketing forward for the team. The marketing co-op should be creative, loves to write and experiment, and have an eye for engaging audience with words, and willing to hustle and move fast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start a marketing career on the ground floor of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business. In this position, the candidate will be working closely with experienced marketing leaders with experience from Hubspot, Google, and more. The founding CMO of Hubspot, Mike Volpe is an investor and advisor in Workstream, and we will have the opportunity to work closely with him to learn about marketing and grow Workstream. Use tools such as Hubspot, Sendgrid, Mailchimp and more to write a lot of content, create email campaigns, and create engaging content. Use Google analytics, Mixpanel, and other tools to set up analytics, analyze user persona, marketing acquisition funnel, and more. Take the lead to set up events, set up video interviews with influencers in retail space, and more. Create landing pages tailored for inbound marketing, and come up with white papers, and research papers Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize content marketing and strategy
