Position overview

Workstream is looking for an entrepreneurial, scrappy and passionate marketing lead to be based out of San Francisco. The position will have an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and will be working closely alongside the CEO to come up with a marketing/growth strategy for the team. You will be responsible for owning the number of qualified leads and revenue numbers with the CEO, and it will involve a lot of experiments, trials, hustling, prospecting, phone calls, and will be a highly entrepreneurial role. The position will have a lot of room and opportunity to expand into a sales & business development leader within the team quickly as the team grows. If you are looking for a relaxed 9-5, please back away slowly. If you are insanely bright, hard working, humble, and looking to grow your career on the ground floor of an exciting and fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, this is for you. We are looking for someone that can grow with our team over time. You will start as a Marketing Lead; we don’t do fancy titles, but your plate will be as full as you want it to be, and then some. You will succeed if you have a startup mentality of “getting sh*t done”, because to start, the work will be heavily execution-focused. You will grow as the company scales, and it’ll be up to you (and your performance) to determine how your career progresses.
