The main goal of the Workstream Ninja is to support the founders and team leads directly on a wide range of scope, from sales, partnerships, revenue growth, recruiting, HR, operations, strategy, and more.
Focus areas available are:

- Some activities include the following
a) Business Development - building strategic networks with potential customers and corporates from Jamba Juice, McDonald's, Westin, Marriott to Subway
b) Sales - closing revenue and deals on your own, together with the CEO, doing software demos, pitching and closing deals
c) Marketing, PR and more - creating content, writing blog posts, talking to journalists, creating marketing content
d) New strategic projects - testing out new areas of growth directly with the CEO by talking to potential partners or clients, going deep in and thinking about new areas of growth
e) Strategy and investor relations - You will work closely with Desmond to help create monthly investor reports, and weekly team reports, and quarterly board decks. You should be great at preparing presentation slides fast, and be able to conduct business presentation slides, pitches and share the vision and product of Workstream.
f) HR and recruiting - You will be managing recruiting pipeline, sourcing for good candidates, reaching out to conduct first interviews, helping to hire the best people
g) Operations - You will help build out the company's finance, accounting, people operations, and other important operational functions within the company
